Payment and Shipping Methods

PAYMENT METHODS:

Trenditaly accepts the following payment methods:

PayPal and Bank Transfer.

CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENTS WITH PAYPAL:

For paypal payments is required that the delivery address requested is equal to that shown on paypal.
Before making a payment with paypal verify that the shipping address matches.

METHODS OF SHIPPING:

We ship with the most known couriers: GLS, DHL, SDA, TNT, UPS.
The website automatically calculates the shipping costs in based at your shipping address.

INSURANCE:

On request, you can choose an insured shipment at an additional cost of 7.00 €

SHIPPING METHODS:

We ship by courier within 3 working days after payment received, for most products, except where otherwise noted in the description.
All deliveries are handled from Trenditaly to GLS, TNT, DHL, BARTOLINI, EMS.
The courier delivery to Europe in about 2/3 working days.
To other countries of the world the delivery time depends on the location of delivery.
These times are not the responsibility of Trenditaly and only depend on the courier.
On request we also offer delivery at the office or collection point that the carrier used, closer to you.
Each item has different shipping time, please read the delivery time in the description.

It is recommended that, where possible, to indicate a shipping address at a workplace in order that courier will always find someone to delivery (at your workplace, bar or retail store, office …).

Delivery by courier is carried out only from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 19:00, excluding public holidays.
This type provides home delivery for all products.
The courier will make two delivery attempts.
In the absence of the customer the courier will leave a notice of passage and the goods come into stock, returning in the warehouses of the courier.
The Customer may contact the courier or Trenditaly to define a further delivery attempt with the addition of any costs of storage and / or delivery, or the customer can withdraw the product from the venue where the carrier is in stock.
If it is impossible to communicate with the customer, the product will come back in Trenditaly warehouses resulting in cancellation of the order and subsequent reimbursement of the purchase price, except for transportation costs incurred.
The cost of sending and returning the product, plus any additional costs of storage or for new sending are charged by the customer.
